With 280,500 points, Bayern replaced Real Madrid (271,500) as the current leaders, followed by Manchester City (250,500), Paris Saint-Germain (239,500) and Barcelona (235,250).
The 10-year UEFA ranking is based on coefficient points collected throughout a campaign. They can be amassed through participation in a UEFA competition (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League), with additional points awarded for each knockout round that is reached, all the way up to the final.
The 10-year cycle means values from the 2021/22 season onwards count towards the final tally. While Bayern haven't won a European title during this timespan, their record of reaching at least the quarter-finals in the last five editions of the Champions League has propelled them into first position.
